How it works

Request a call out, we diagnose the issue & inform you of the necessary action 

1. On occasions, the mechanic cannot diagnose the issue onsite at your home or location of the vehicle, so your vehicle will need to visit the workshop. 
2. We will arrange the transportation for your vehicle to the workshop either immediately or at a time suited to you.
3. We will undertake a diagnosis and inform you of the issue and our recommendation to resolve this.

You will be provided a quote to carry out the work.

You can approve for the work to be carried out at this stage or we can return the vehicle back to you.

No work will ever be carried out without us contacting you.
