• Ethically sourced - Direct Trade. Being a cocoa farmer himself, Willie puts the farmers at the heart of how he does business, buying all his cacao Direct Trade, paying a higher price premium than Fair Trade.

The almond-chocolate crunch is an unrivalled pleasure. Almonds are kings of the nut world and here they are nestling in my smooth, nutty Sur del Lago dark chocolate. All I have done is to give them a gentle roast to awaken their sweet, almost buttery flavour. I make all my chocolate in small batches bean to bar from completely natural ingredients and some of the world’s great single estate cacaos. 100% Natural. Pure Flavours. Pure Pleasure.
