The troubleshooting steps are as follows

Tile can work as expected on other devices as long as they meet operating system requirements and use Bluetooth 4.0 or higher. Android tablets

-Google Play services need to be enabled on Android devices. Some phones like Huawei (P40 and up) and Honor (20) aren't supported.
-Devices that require side loading or the use of a third-party app store (like Fire HD) are not supported.
-Chrome OS and Fire OS are not supported operating systems.
